Workshop: Working with Complex Child Maltreatment Cases Workshop
9th October and 8th November 2018
This 2-day interactive multi-disciplinary practice workshop has been designed by BASPCAN and Child and Family Training. It is open to all practitioners and clinicans who work with complex multi-type maltreatment.
The workshop will update participants on:
- research regarding abusive and neglectful parenting associated with complex multi-type maltreatment;
- the associated impact on children and young people’s health and development;
- evidence-based modular approaches for working with complex child maltreatment;
- the Hope for Children and Families modular approaches to assessment, analysis and intervention with complex maltreatment cases
Venue: Central London
Fees: £250 for BASPCAN members, £300 for non-members
Each participant will receive five Hope for Children and Families intervention guides (retail value £125) as part of the course fee.
